ingredients: whole wheat bagel,
sauteed sliced mushrooms,
process: slice the bagel in half, spread peanut butter on one side. spread crushed garlic on the other side. place mozzarella over the peanut butter, and the spinach/mushrooms (sautéed with a little salt & pepper) on top of the cheese. tomato goes on top of the vegetables, then the fresh herbs (parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme) on top of that. squeeze a little lemon juice on both sides, put it together, and try to eat it without ruining your shirt.
